Items already available are shipped within 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date. During the sales or promotions period, shipments may take longer.  


We wish to remind new customers that ABSE-EL.IT can ask their bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.  

ABSE-ÈL is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of ABSE-ÈL

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the external appearance of the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment.  

If, for any reason, the box with the ABSE-ÈL print / tape / adhesive or some parts of the packaging appear to be tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact ABSE-ÈL at

If the package and / or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks. Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by ABSE-ÈL within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.  

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with ABSE-ÈL and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any consequent additional charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
